Karthick Calling Karthik: "Believe in Your Belief"

The movie speaks about a person who was challenged by his mental disorders; multiple-mental disorders and schizophrenia. Karthick ‘s sub-conscious mind talking the form of mysterious phone-calls and guiding his conscious state. Well, a nice movie but, the story has been given a medical imbalance inclination.
Keeping aside the mental disorder that Kathick faced, what does the story actually convey?? The story showed the transformation of an introvert, reserved, unconfident and closed set of mind to a successful, confident, if not all extrovert but more extrovert than what he was ; kind of person.
But, what transformed him? What was that, provoked, led and guided him into the transformation? Is the answer, really are those phone calls? Karthick Calling Karthick?? Well, yes it is Karthick, himself. It is the mysterious phone-calls, as shown in the movie. If seen little differently, i.e.: barring the mental disorders Karthick suffered from; he really spoke to himself. Karthick always knew what he wanted to be but, never knew how to achieve his expectations. Karthick through his sub-conscious mind spoke to himself. Everyday, he spent sometime with himself to put down his problems in front of him and dealing with them little differently than what his conscious mind would have done. Karthick started believing that Karthick who made the phone calls really existed some where, who called him everyday and showed him the way. Rather, Karthick started, “BELIEVING IN HIMSELF”. That was the key to his locked fortune. He got name, fame, love with his new found confidence and identity. Still, when not being able to achieve something, he stumbled. He never revealed that he really did but, he discussed it with himself and found the way out. He never gave up on anything, once he started speaking to himself. He used his new found confidence very well to chase and win over his dreams.
That’s not all, Karthick started believing in himself bit too much. He ignored others suggestions and even managed to scare others with his new found Karthick. His got obsessed with himself so much, that he followed blindly to what his sub conscious mind spoke to him. He even punished himself and again got himself ruined with his obsession. He struggled and kept himself away from the world. Now, that is what everyone should avoid. We should believe in our-self but should not get obsessed. That hinders our flexibility in life, makes us rigid and stringent. Such obsession will lead to failure, as rightly said, too much of anything is bad.
So, there should remain a perfect balance of others influence and our say in our own life. We should take into consideration others view and then view what is correct for us while deciding on anything. But, others should not overpower our thoughts.
It is our life; we hold the key to our destiny. To reach our destiny; we should believe in ourselves, take others experience and then make our decisions.
